  • Review your policy and procedures annually, or upon changes to legislation necessitating amendment, to ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide audits of your documentation and procedures to ensure that you have appropriate safe systems of work/legal compliance
  • Provide competent advice and support in H&S matters during our hours of work (M-F 8am-6pm, sometimes weekend working and overtime may be required – we can provide an out of hours service for emergencies?)
  • Provide periodic site visits (nationally) and premises safety inspections/audits and recommendations for improvement
  • Provide you with regular updates on changes to H&S legislation and best practice via news letters
  • Attend your H&S committees or management level H&S meetings as appropriate, probably on a quarterly basis initially, potentially six monthly thereafter.

What the Law says!
